At McDonald's, dreams can become reality and ambition is permitted as long as you work hard. The ambition began 16 years ago, when I first joined McDonald's as a crew member. Thankfully my hard work was recognized and rewarded until I became a Restaurant Manager and eventually an Operation Consultant, and yet the "sky is my limit".
Long story short, there are no limits to ambition at McDonald's.

After 3 years of working at McDonald's. I feel I am right at home among family members.
My crewmates and I share a strong family and team spirit, in a fair organized work environment. We also have great incentive and fun competitive programs, which award excellence, such as "Employee of the year",
"The Voice of McDonald's" and "The Ambassador of McDonald's Egypt" for other countries.
I am proud to have won all three prizes throughout my career at McDonald's.
