We use the best ingredients to make all your favorite McDonald’s® Egypt meals.
Lettuce
We love the unique flavor and crisp texture of Iceberg and Cos lettuce. Grown by farmers in Egypt we make sure the lettuce is always kept chilled, never frozen.
Potatoes
McDonald’s unique flavored fries come from natural high-quality potatoes that are specially grown for us in authorized farms that follow McDonald’s strict quality and food safety standards.
Tomatoes
Our tomatoes are picked straight from the vine. Delivered to our restaurants fresh, never frozen, they’re then sliced in our kitchens every day.
Beef
The burger served in our restaurants is made from beef pieces that come from the front part and the waist area of the cow. It is 100% pure meat, with no additional preservatives, flavors to make it taste better. We only add a pinch of salt and pepper after cooking. We get the burger from local authorized suppliers who are committed to McDonald’s strict quality and food safety standards.
Chicken
The chicken served in our restaurants is made of boneless pieces of the breast and thigh area. We get the burger from local authorized suppliers who are committed to McDonald’s strict quality and food safety standards.
Fish
The Pollock used in our fish portions is caught in some of the world’s cleanest waters. We cook our fish in a pure palm oil.
Eggs
We only use fresh eggs from local farms in preparing breakfast meals in our restaurants, after they have been washed, sterilized in substances that remove the bacteria and covered in a layer of oil to keep them fresh.
Dairy Products
Ice cream and McFlurry are made of fresh cream and raw milk with calcium. We get our dairy products from suppliers who follow local and global quality standards, in addition the dairy products’ quality is being checked, and it is made sure they are safe and fresh.
Bread
Our authorized supplier, Rich Bake, delivers fresh bread to our restaurants. Our McMuffins® are delivered all fresh from our authorized supplier in England, East Balt.
Oil
For frying, we use vegetarian oil only, without adding any fats or artificial flavors.
Coffee beans
All hot coffee served in our restaurants are made using 100% Arabica beans.
